Previously I also graduated with a 2:1 BA Hons degree in integrated counselling studies.
Over the past 7 years I have worked with a large range of different clients with a broad range of issues including, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, traumatic incidents and numerous others.
The outdoors has always been central to my life and is the place that I personally go to recover and recharge from life’s challenges. I have been on many expeditions through out the UK, Europe and further afield in Nepal.
I also worked as an outdoor instructor for 6 years, Activities including climbing, kayaking and exploring, which give me an even deeper appreciation for the natural world and the joy and peace it can bring people.
